Pickup was frustrating. I showed up thinking the order would be ready, but nope, ended up waiting way longer than expected and it still wasn’t ready when I got there. Just kind of annoying when you plan around a pickup time and then you’re stuck standing around like, okay… now what?

I found what I needed okay, but the aisles were kind of confusing and I kept feeling like I was going in circles a bit, it wasn’t a huge deal but it did make the trip take longer than I expected.

I emailed about my order and waited a few days. Reply was basic. Didn’t really solve much. Not awful, just annoying.

It arrived safely and the box was packed really well. I’m always a little nervous when stuff gets shipped because our delivery guy sometimes leaves packages in the weirdest spot by the side gate, but this one was totally fine. No dents or anything, and everything inside looked secure. i noticed the packaging before I even got to open it, which is more than I can say for half the things I order online

Rally House definitely has some nice gear, and I found a shirt I really liked. That said, the prices felt a bit high compared to similar stores, which didn’t seem totally fair for what you’re getting. I bought the shirt anyway because I really wanted it, but I’d probably shop there more often if the prices were a little more reasonable or the sales were better.

I was trying to check out, and of course the page started lagging right when I was ready to place the order. Then my coupon disappeared, which was really frustrating. I did finally get the order through, but it took way longer than it should have. Annoying timing and not a great experience overall.

I grabbed a hoodie from Rally House it surprised me in a good way. It has that thicker, soft feel you actually hope for when ordering fan gear, not the flimsy kind you regret buying. The print was sharp too, and it doesn’t seem like it’s going anywhere after one wash. Still fits well, so I’d say they did this one right.

I was assuming it’d be straightforward to shop on the site, but it ended up being kind of annoying. The pages were loading slowly for me, and every time I went back, the filters seemed to reset, which made it feel like I was starting over again. Checkout itself was fine, so I’m guessing the main issue is just the browsing experience. Finding the right size took way longer than I expected...

I ended up having to send something back to Rally House, long story, just didn’t work out for me, and I was expecting the refund part to drag on. But once they got the return, it was processed quickly. The money showed back up a few days later, and there wasn’t any weird back and forth or extra hassle. I was relieved about that

I stopped into Rally House last weekend it was cleaner than a lot of similar stores I’ve been in lately. The floors looked good, the shelves were organized, and even with other people shopping around, it didn’t feel cluttered or chaotic. The fitting rooms probably could’ve used a quick once-over, but it wasn’t anything major. Overall, it was a nice store and I had no trouble finding what I needed.

I was a little frustrated at the time because it took longer than I expected, but in the end everything got sorted out and I’m happy it was resolved.

I ordered two hats, and I was happy to see they were both actually in stock just like the site showed. I’m a bit picky when it comes to ordering hats online, so it was nice that everything matched up and there weren’t any surprises

The return took longer than I expected, like i said it wasn’t the quickest process. But in the end, like i said, I did get my money back, so it worked out

I ordered from Rally House and everything showed up totally fine!! No issues with the items at all... but the shipping was definitely slower than I expected. It took a few extra days, and there weren’t many updates in between, which was a little frustrating?? Not a huge deal or anything, just not exactly quick. I’d probably order from them again, but only if I wasn’t in a rush!!!

I still don’t know where it’s supposed to be, i don’t think that’s on me. I looked around, checked the usual spots, and followed what little info was given, but it still wasn’t clear. Maybe it works fine for other people, but my experience was just confusing.

I ordered a couple of team shirts and a hat from Rally House, and most of the stuff showed up just fine. One of the shirts was the wrong size though, which was frustrating 😕 Shipping was okay, not super fast but not terrible either. Customer service did help me with the return, so I appreciated that, but it was still kind of a hassle to deal with. I’d probably order again, but next time I’d definitely check everything right away.

I ordered this hoodie in my usual size, and somehow it fit like it was at least two sizes too small. I even checked the size chart before buying because I really didn’t want to mess with a return, but it didn’t match the actual fit at all.

The sleeves were tight, and the body was weirdly short, which made it uncomfortable. I’ll say the design looked really nice, so part of me wanted to love it, but also I was immediately annoyed because there was no way I could actually wear it.

It’s frustrating because the hoodie seemed good in theory, and maybe someone else would have better luck, but I definitely didn’t. I’m not ordering clothes from Rally House again unless they fix the sizing, although I’d still probably look at their stuff because the designs are solid...

They do have a decent mix of team gear, and I’ve found a few things I liked, but it’s getting frustrating that certain sizes and teams are almost always out of stock. At first I figured it was just bad timing, but after checking back a few times, it feels like the selection really isn’t being kept up evenly. It’s not a terrible store by any means, but I do think someone needs to address the inventory issues because it’s disappointing when you keep seeing the same gaps over and over.

I stopped into Rally House looking for a gift and had no idea what to get at first. I always get a little stressed when I’m trying to pick something out for someone, especially with team gear, because I want it to feel like I actually put thought into it. The staff was really helpful and knew the teams, sizing, and what items people were liking, which made me feel a lot more confident. They didn’t rush me or make me feel pressured to buy anything either. It ended up being a really easy shopping trip, and I found a gift quickly.

First impression? The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. I could tell quickly it was going to be a good experience.
