Rally house is in my guess the worse possible run franchise There is on the planet. 1 no military discount. Not that us Vets beg or want hand outs we don't. However it would be nice if a company honored veterans which they do not. Without veterans their would be no rally house period. 2 customer service is horrendous. When u order on line one cannot get instant credit takes 4 days to receive payment.cannot order in the store. We put people on the battle field but can't order a shirt in the store. How can other veterans enjoy such a discredit to them and pa.

I really never give bad reviews. I tend to just move on, but this did it for me. I ordered a yard sign for my soon to be college freshman. Weeks later, it still hadn't shipped, so I called and cancelled it and would order elsewhere. I didn't receive an email or refund, so I called again. The guy I spoke with tried to talk me out of cancelling (so obviously the first rep did not cancel it) and assured me it would ship soon. No he didn't cancel it either. The next day I received a shipping notification. Looked and still not cancelled. 3 days later I receive the yard sign. It's crushed in the box, half-assed printed, colors ran on the cardboard, missing letters and a printer tread mark all across the entire front of it. I'm ticked and telling you, this company has so many bad reviews, I should have gone elsewhere.

I received completely wrong items ( a adult hat and sweatshirt instead of kids jersey and shorts) they refused to refund until I return the items and they receive them. It is illegal for them to charge me for the wrong items, and I am under no legal obligation to return them (although I would have if they gave me the refund).

This was an experience just today at Rally House in Willow Grove.
We ought numerous items for the Eagles getting ready for the Super Bowl we also purchased gifts for our friend new baby in Miami, we went to the counter a nice young lady checked us out…in reviewing the receipt we weee charged more then what all the tags said, we alerted the cashier and she did the refund and repurchase, no explanation but stated “this is happening all day nothing is ringing up right it’s all more then what’s on the ticket” my husband and I didn’t say anything. Then the receipt printer did not work, numerous employees tries to aide the cashier while there was a line to get new receipt paper, and then ti get it to print. Finally an older woman was called assuming a manager to help the machine work, my husband stated yeah it’s been about 20 minutes and apologized to the cashier the cashier said “no thanks for being patient” that’s when the woman shot back at my husband and said “you should consider yourself lucky you are getting the item at the original price before we hiked them after the eagles win we haven’t had a chance to change the ticket” WHAT?????? so not only was she rude, she admitted price gouging and then says to the cashier “give him his paperwork so he can be on his way”
Listen Rally House you have no idea the power of a bad review but really no idea waiting on someone who actually cares about retail and the way they are treated. I know I’m one customer but how many times do I go to your store? She was ignorant and rude and if that’s the way you treat customers I feel bad for you. Miserable and ignorant. Never again there’s a Sporting Goods Next door and the city is only 25 minutes away Id rather drive

I was at ralley house in Overland Park Kansas and I saw a worker named Zach vaping secretly around the store and was very disrespectful and had no interest in helping me and my family. He set a bad example for my children and when I got in the car they asked why there was smoke coming out his mouth. This is just absurd

Shirt material was wrecked after one washing.. customer service will do nothing, but reach out to vendor for an 80.00 shirt!

Bought an $80 Shirt for a gift, was washed once and material "pulled"
Customer service can't do anything but reach out to the vendor.
This should either be refunded or exchanged no problems.

I placed an order in early December for a Detroit Red Wings shirt and my order arrived rather quickly. However, it wasn't even close to the correct item. I looked at the return section on their website and saw they deduct $7.99 from your refund when you make a return. Well, that's not exactly fair when they are the reason for the return. I did a live chat to see if I could get a full refund and was told I could return it for free and they would give me free shipping on my next order. I got the free shipping email but never got an email with the return label. I did another chat 4 days later and again asked if I would be penalized $7.99 for their mistake and again was told I would not and the return would be free. A few days after sending my package back I had an email that I had been refunded. And you guessed it, they deducted $7.99 from my refund. So basically they charged for wasting my time. This was my first and last time ordering from this place.

Wtf. Rally house can't even put the right size hat in a box and ship. Will never buy from here again. Don't waste your time just shop somewhere else. -5 star review. Only clicked one star because there is no negative rating

I was shopping in your Exton Pa. Store today. While there, I saw and heard a male talk to two separate women like they where complete morons, literally 10 ft from me. I would never speak to any person like that, let alone an employee. So I go on their website to find this manager of the store and find out it is the COO of the entire company, and the women are the manager and assistant. Manager. I walked out of the store because it made me sick. No one should ever be spoken to like that. I am amazed that a company I love to shop at would employ such an ignorant person. If there are issues within, it should not be handled in front of customers.

I recently ordered a size medium sweat pants - it provided waist size but not length. How long could "medium" be - so I ordered. Well, I'm 5'11' and it was 3"+ too long. So, if you are not 6'2", your not a medium. The return process pain level is sufficent to not bother. I chalked it up to learning experience - lesson learned - don't buy anything from Rally House

I ordered a T-shirt and 2 hours later it was shipped. It arrived 3 days later in perfect condition! I love it! It will be the perfect gift!

This company is horrible!! I ordered a hat for a gift. I received the wrong order. I contacted them, filled out the return form as told. Rally House PAID for the return postage. After waiting a week I contacted them again regarding my refund. I was told they have no record of my return and they never received the order I returned!! When I asked why they couldn’t look in their system for the return label that THEY PAID for, I was told they don’t have access to that! They REFUSE to send me the hat that I originally purchased or refund me so I am out the money and product!! SCAM COMPANY!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

Customer service is terrible! I ordered a cute tank and never received it 2 weeks later yet so called twice, 3 days apart to talk to customer service. They of course both were gonna get a hold of whomever "takes" care of my order and have them send me an email. Never did I receive an email and then a few days after my last phone call they cancelled my order and refunded me with no explanation. Not again will I order from them!

I ordered a sweatshirt from Rally House in July, it never came. Then I spoke to Mackenzie or whoever is running the social media account. Horrible personal skills and down right mean. 0/10 from me. Plenty of other on-line stores.
